HBC wins again

September 16, 2008Expect the new D Fast album release to take place in three weeks. There has been some delays in the production, but finally everything is set and all that's left now is the pressing. Patience!

HBC wins the Short Film Compo at this year's Assembly!
August 3, 2008The HBC crew made a short film for this year's Assembly party and I provided them with the music. You can download our entry + the other videos here. HBC's entry is called "Field Trip".
This was also the first year when I personally attended to the party and entered the music competition with two songs. No fame nor glory this time, but it was a great experience nevertheless! You can download both of my entries and all the rest of the bunch here. Both of my entries are included in my upcoming new album.
Album almost finished, though it won't be house...
July 25, 2008Yeah, there won't be any disco house from me this summer. Instead, there's going to be a funk/boogie/disco album called "Planet Boogie"! Expect more info soon. You can hear a clip of one song here.

Realtime Demo Wannabe wins at the Scene Awards!
March 23, 2008Maxon's winner from last year's Assembly won at the annual Scene Awards held by scene.org at this year's Breakpoint Demoscene Party in Germany. The winner features music by me. You can see full results of the awards here.
Another thing worth mentioning: Maxon's animation video got the 2nd place in this year's Breakpoint, once again featuring a song from me. You can see the video here!

Music included in the winning short film compo at Assembly '07
October 2, 2007A "bit" outdated news, but news nevertheless. The finnish gfx wizard maxon won the short film compo held at this year's Assembly demo party with his video Realtime demo wannabe. My song "The Plan" (featuring en5ca) was included in the video. You can download the full song from mikseri.net.
D Fast - Get Caught -release is out NOW!

EP turned into a full album
March 29, 2007That's right, the cd doesn't qualify as an EP by its length, so it'll be called as an album. Expect the release to commense in less than two weeks.
The new EP is on its way
March 10, 2007Some of you have probably heard about it, but I'm going to release my first cd release in a few months. The EP will consist of mainly polished versions of my older songs and will be cathegorized as downtempo/hip-hop. The EP was scheduled to be finished within this month, but due to school matters it won't be out until late april.
Music featured in another compilation
February 26, 2007A finnish record label released a compilation, Helsinki Cooler vol.2, featuring lots of great finnish electronic artists (eg. happy-go-lucky, dj slow, saine) and included a song of mine in it. Check out cymbidium.fi for more info.
